How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favourite arrangement to the cart, and proceed to checkout. It's quick and easy!

Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes! We love creating personalized arrangements. Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to discuss customization options.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, free delivery applies to orders over AED 200.

Delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across Dubai. Please contact us if you're unsure whether we deliver to your area.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on orders over AED 200. A delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.

Flowers & Care

How long will my flowers last?

With proper care, most of our fresh flower arrangements last 5–7 days. Keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, and change the water every 2 days.

Are your flowers fresh?

Absolutely! All our arrangements are handcrafted using the freshest blooms, sourced and prepared on the day of delivery.

Returns & Issues

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible.
